Of course, a list ranking the acceptability of the lowly mullet does not exist, but if it did, it would be a short list. At least in the front, one would still want to keep the back of the list long.

Chevrolet first unleashed the Camaro on unsuspecting hippies in 1967. The first model was based on another classic Chevy, the Nova. The Nova, while not as "Bitchin'" as the Camaro, is still considered to be a great mode of transportation to a Judas Priest concert.

Born and raised in Prattville, Alabama, Pickett moved to Memphis, Tennessee, after a two year stint with the Detroit-based R&B group, The Falcons. In Memphis, he signed with Stax Records and began to use Booker T And The MG's as a backup group.

Although he never had a number one single, Wilson Pickett was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991.

So began a long musical career for Bond in which he has been dubbed as the man who influenced the hyphenated title of "singer-songwriter."

For most of his career Bond was Gene Autry's sidekick and played acoustic lead guitar on all of Autry's recordings.

It was Autry who asked Bond to record Hot Rod Lincoln for the record label Autry had recently purchased.

Bond, who died in 1978, was inducted into the Country Music Hall Of Fame in 1999.

Seventeen years ahead of the Gregorian calendar, Prince released the double album "1999" which featured the hit song Little Red Corvette.

As original and mysterious as he is, Prince was behind the times when it came to preemptively titling an album on an event or date. For example, the Ramones released "End Of The Century" in 1980 and Rush released "2112" as early as 1976.
